We had a very positive experience renting the property at 74 Jetty Street. The team at McGrath Real Estate Group was professional, and maintenance needs were handled efficiently. While the front and side garden was a bit of a nightmare to try to keep up with the weeds, our two and a half years at the property were overall a pleasure.

This rental was a great experience overall. Both the landlord and real estate agent were very responsive to my requests. The property was spotless when I moved in. However, the extensive garden and plant area require regular trimming and weeding. The real estate agent is quite particular about this. We also encountered mould issues in the ceiling that weren’t resolved before we left. Specialists were brought in but unfortunately none could fix the problem permanently. The neighbour can be a bit of a nuisance about the air con machine noise outside but just ignore him. Overall, it’s a fantastic property I’d highly recommend.
